Costume Order Form
Costume Rental Policies:
The ENTIRE yearly rental fee applies regardless of when during the year you rent your costume. A deposit is held by the McNulty Parent’s Club for each rented costume. This deposit is refunded to you or carried forward to the next year’s rental – your choice – when you return the costume by the end of the rental period or within 2 weeks of discontinuing Irish dance class with the McNulty School AND it is clean, with all parts, in good condition. Late returns, missing or damaged costumes will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible further charges, depending on the extent of damage. Return date if still dancing is Aug. 15th unless re-renting the same costume.
Costume orders will not be processed if you have not registered for classes. Tuition must be current in order to rent a costume. Costume orders cannot be processed without full payment and deposits.
To be considered for embroidered rental costumes (even if you had one last year), a dancer must have danced at a minimum of 10 McNulty shows in the last 12 months. The website keeps track of how many shows you complete. Dancers who regularly participate in shows will be given preference for embroidered costumes. The School Feis and Family Dance do not count as shows for this purpose.
